    The Sr. IT Contracts Specialist will work directly with IT stakeholders and key business partners to provide oversight, guidance, and execution for IT contracts. In addition, you will help to lead Skanska’s technology vendor evaluation process utilizing OneTrust. This role will work closely with Skanska’s in-house legal team for contract reviews and approvals.

     

    The Sr. IT Contracts Specialist helps lead IT contracts and technology evaluations in the areas of contract lifecycle management, negotiation and contract initiation, coordination with legal departments, vendor assessment, and OneTrust Administration. The Sr IT Contracts Specialist tracks and proactively communicates IT contract status to ensure business stakeholders are engaged, informed, and aligned on action plans and business commitments.

     

    Sr. IT Contracts Specialist Required Qualifications:

        • 7 years of relevant experience in IT and business/industry, related to managing contracts and leading negotiation processes
        • Experience navigating a diverse, global organization and effectively collaborate, communicate, and influence all levels within the organization
        • Demonstrated, tangible contributions in a highly collaborative environment as a hands-on leader 
        • Ability to produce effective presentations & materials to present with senior executives in the company.
        • Experience utilizing OneTrust and Monday.com is preferred.
        • Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
