Job Description

The Bookkeeper role is responsible for Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process

Job Responsibility

• Records transactions in QuickBooks Online including deposits, vendor invoices, payroll transactions, miscellaneous bank activity and paying/entering invoices
• Deposits all checks and cash as well as reconciling against batch reports
• Scanning/entering all patient insurance and check information
• Scanning all mail to office managers for follow up i.e., doctors/authorized signatures, patient information forms
• Reviews basic expense accruals
• Ad Hoc responsibilities, as requested

Skills Necessary

• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Basic Accounting knowledge

Job Qualification

• Associate’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
