As a Sr Manager of Lean Manufacturing, you will be accountable for leading the development and implementation of lean strategy and culture for NuVasive Manufacturing to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. You will lead lean academies and other courses for the entire organization to further the growth of our people, coach various leaders of multi-functional areas in lean practices, and partner to initiate strategic process improvement programs with significant change impact across the NuVasive Manufacturing facility, using a lean manufacturing technique
