Manages all activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancement. Being a Lean Manufacturing Manager employs Lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives. Manages an engineering team (semiconductor or module) comprising engineers and senior technicians. The manager sustains processes and equipment metrics in collaboration with operations team to achieve product throughput, production yield, and product performance objectives. Additionally, they are responsible for process and equipment improvement projects to meet said objectives.
