Manages all activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancement. Being a Lean Manufacturing Manager employs Lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Lean Manufacturing Manager also requires training and Lean certification through an accredited organization. A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Lean Manufacturing Engineers provide technical lean manufacturing expertise in Operations under the guidance of Operations Excellence Management. In this role, you will drive automation activities across production to reduce cycle time and waste to improve process quality and create capacity. You will also design and develop the program to meet the current and future business needs by directly leading a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This role also leverages Lean framework and guidelines to provide technical leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement actions to streamline, simplify, and improve processes. This position will be a mix of activities for both sustaining and new development efforts to ensure robust and innovative solutions are delivered to the organization.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting base pay range for this position is $96,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate’s location and the overall job market. In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package that includes bonus, equity, and a robust benefits package.
Tandem offers health care benefits such as medical, dental, vision, health savings accounts and flexible saving accounts.
