Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns and gardens for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of lawn care techniques and the ability to operate various power and hand tools.

Pay will be discussed and determined upon references and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Handle a wheel barrow, install mulch
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall landscape
- Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and maintain desired shape
- Clean up debris and leaves from lawns and gardens
- Operate and maintain various power tools, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs

Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in operating power tools commonly used in lawn care
- Ability to maintain and build landscapes according to client specifications
- Experience with hand tools for gardening tasks
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise trimming and maintenance
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

Work Location: In person
