We're looking for an experienced Production Manager responsible for ensuring all jobs get completed on time, on budget, and within a set quality standard that our company is known for. This position requires a detail-oriented person, who can work independently, and has excellent verbal communication skills.

This is a self-manage type of position. You will set your own route and your own schedule. As we grow our program, we will shift you away from fieldwork and more into a management role!

About this position:

• Weekly Pay (every Friday) - We never miss a payment

• Salary $1000 - $1346 per week.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, and manage jobs, schedules, people (employees), equipment, and materials

Your average day:

• Arrive at our shop at 6:45 am to unlock
• You will personally speak with each crew every morning, and talk to them about the day's workload before sending them out
• Between 9 am - 11 am, visit jobs sites, meet with customers, and quality control on job sites
• After lunch would be spent in the office, planning and getting set up for the next day's work
• And reviewing data/ job times as it arrives. Ensure data is correct, audit crew's job times
• Expect to leave between 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm when crews roll back into the shop
• You must be available for work between 6:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday with some Saturdays as required during peak seasons
• Expect to work a 9-10 hour day on most days

Qualifications:

• Read, write, and speak English
• Valid Driver's License with no major issues
• 5 years of industry experience as a manager or crew leader
• Strong computer skills
• General knowledge of landscape equipment operation
• General Knowledge of Truck trailer operation
• General Knowledge of landscape maintenance programs
• Must be great with planning and forward-thinking

Not required but preferred:

• Speaks Spanish
• Turf and lawn health, pests, disease
• Pesticide applicators license
• Mechanical knowledge of any type/depth
• Landscape Installation
• Hardscape Installation
• Snow Removal Operations
• Any other formal training or relevant work
• Experience with interviewing and hiring new employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
