We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial mowing and landscaping, as well as experience in trailer pulling and snow plowing. Basic knowledge of various plants and their care is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team of landscaping professionals in various projects
- Perform commercial mowing and landscaping tasks efficiently and to high standards
- Operate equipment for mowing, trimming, edging, and other landscaping activities
- Pull trailers safely and effecitely to transport equipment and materials
- Basic knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques
- Plow snow during winter months as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial mowing and landscaping
- Experience with trailer pulling
- Knowledge of plants and landscaping techniques
- Clean driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- References from previous employers or clients
