Being a Laundry and Drycleaning Machine Operator/Tender may require a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Laundry and Drycleaning Machine Operator/Tender relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A Commercial Laundry Service Technician is responsible for:
Service Technicians also assist with installations as needed. Machine installation may require bolting machines down, grouting and other detail finishes such as leveling and testing machines and basic site clean up.
MUST be able to work independently and with others as well as be able to manage time and plan ahead, working both efficiently and effectively.
Monday - Friday with occasional overnight out of town - On call weekend and Holiday as needed (typically once a month)
