We are looking to hire a Landscape Maintenance Team Manager to oversee the greater Park City and Heber area.
This individual would provide leadership for the Maintenance Team through project sales, customer and team communication, operations best practices to provide quality and timely landscape maintenance as contracted.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with Team Lead to oversee a portfolio of properties to provide a complete maintenance plan.
Connect with Clients and Team members through communication to provide outstanding service.
Schedule the team daily scheduled and work with Team Lead on property workload and assignments.
Recognize and price property opportunities for the Client to increase value in the properties.
Regular review of financial health of properties and consult with Team Leaders to adjust as needed.
