Education: Associate degree or certificate in Horticulture or related field, preferred bachelor’s degree in Horticulture or related field.
Reports to: FWLC VP of Construction

Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, OSHA 10 hour, ICPI Permeable Paver, Hunter or Rainbird training course
Schedule: 45-55hrs/wk with some weekend work as required by the season
Other Competencies: MS Office, Auto CAD, computers, email and phone apps
Description:
Commercial Project Managers are responsible for acquiring commercial projects, building relationships with Landscape Architects, Builders & Developers. In this role you must understand the commercial bidding process, Idaho public works requirements, contract details, profitability, productivity estimating, reading plans & specifications. Be able to effectively communicate budgets and project details to our production team to successfully deliver projects under budget while meeting FWLC quality standards.
Essential Functions:
Profitability – ensure the commercial construction department achieves targeted profit & sales KPI’s.
Training – ensure that all production team members are set up for success.
Quality – ensure that all Commercial production teams deliver FWLC quality standards while achieving profitability targets.
Safety – ensure that all Commercial production team members are properly trained on the safe and effective use of their assigned tools and equipment.
Assists Snow Operations during winter months with the support of cross departmental resources
Other duties as assigned.
