Landscape Architect Manager supervises all related activities of a staff of landscape architects and technicians. Oversees, manages, and schedules the development of exterior spaces and physical environments, the development of schematic designs and construction details, and is ultimately responsible for final project. Being a Landscape Architect Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related field. Typically reports to a top management. The Landscape Architect Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Landscape Architect Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Here’s What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
    • Effectively participate and contribute to a collaborative team environment
    • A passion for creativity
    • Knowledge/experience in the design process from master plan through construction documentation and administration
    • High level of attention to quality and detail
    • Ability to work at a variety of project scales
    • Ability to multitask projects
    • Strong design and organizational skills
    • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
    • Strong graphic and technical computer skills in AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe (InDesign,
    • Illustrator and Photoshop), SketchUp, Lumion and hand drawing


    Design Concepts is an equal opportunity employer. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a hiring salary of $60,000 - $75,000 plus benefits that include but are not limited to Healthcare, Simple IRA with company match after 6 months and unlimited PTO. We are currently working hybrid schedules with flexible days.
