Job Duties· Manage a team of workers, including project installation, project process and resource allocation, record start and stop times, and keep all documents organized related to the job.· Work alongside and with labor staff during the preparation and installation of the project.· Collaborate with clients, designers, and managers during the project.· Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with shop staff, vendors, and suppliers.· Job site preparation for project, installation of products, cleanup of job site.· Snow removal during the winter months operating a truck with snow plow.Requirements· Valid U.S. driver’s license.· Extensive installation knowledge of pavers, retaining walls, landscape lighting and planting materials.· Extensive knowledge of knowing how to operate a Caterpillar skid loader or related equipment and a truck with trailer. (No CDL required).· Work Monday through Friday starting at 7AM and ending no later than 5PM.· Ability to lift up to 100lbs throughout the day.· Ability to bend, stoop and kneel throughout the day.· Access to reliable transportation.· No DUI or other convictions within the last 5 years.·What to bring during your interview- Driver’s license.
