Land Surveyors Supervisor supervises a staff who surveys and investigates land surfaces to project precise measurement and location of lines, angles, points, areas, and elevations. Ensures the staff performs project research, boundary calculations, and records accuracy of survey data, notes, and sketches. Being a Land Surveyors Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Surveyors Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Summary
Position Summary: In coordination with the Manager, the Coding Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the inpatient or the outpatient coders. Manages workflow and supervises coders. Manages the daily uncoded report. Monitors and assesses performance of staff to ensure timely and accurate coding of encounters. Ensures delivery of coding staff education and training. - Revenue Cycle - Meets the weekly uncoded encounter financial goals.

- Assists Data Quality Mgr - Assists Data Quality Manager with various projects.
- Reports - Works various reports including Health Services Cost Review Commission errors and unanswered queries.
- Coding - oversight Manages the coding and supervises the coders.
- Staff Readiness - Ensures that staff is sufficient to do that work and they are properly trained.
- Communication - Effectively communicates with all staff, associates and patients.
- Engagement - Works to ensure staff are engaged and happy to be Lifebridge Health employees.
Job Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. Experience: 3-5 years.
Certifications, Licenses: Inpatient - RHIA, RHIT, CCS Outpatient - RHIA, RHIT, COC or CPC
