Being a Land Surveyors Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Surveyors Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Percheron Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor that will be responsible for coordinating office duties, in-field efforts, collecting field data, reducing and preparing field data, preparing scopes of work and providing levels of quality assurance and quality control. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of boundary and platting surveys, design topographic surveying, easements, metes and bounds descriptions, ALTA surveys, and route surveys.
