Land Surveyors Manager jobs in Sunland Park, NM
Land Surveyors Manager manages and coordinates surveys and investigations of land surfaces. Ensures compliance to all applicable regulations and requirements including boundary calculations and legal issues. Being a Land Surveyors Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to land surveying team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Additionally, Land Surveyors Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a unit/department head. The Land Surveyors Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Truck Driver Skills and Qualifications:
- Traffic laws/ DOT regulations/ driving knowledge
- Ability to lift 80 pounds repeatedly throughout day
- Able to pass random drug tests
- No DUI/DWI convictions in the past five years
- Listening and verbal communication skills
- Dependability
Education, Experience, and Age Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CDL – Class A
- Certificate from an accredited CDL school
- 21 years or older
- At least six months of OTR experience
