Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Supervise and train retail sales associates to ensure they meet performance goals
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment and merchandising
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, including monitoring sales and expenses
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations

Skills:
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions, calculating discounts, and managing budgets
- Excellent administrative skills for maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing schedules
- Proven experience in supervising and motivating a team in a retail environment
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Ability to manage stock levels effectively and ensure accurate inventory control
- Proficient in budgeting and ability to negotiate prices with vendors
- Previous experience in wireless sales is a plus
