Chapdelaine & Associates Land Surveying, with 50 plus years experience, is a leading provider of high-performance surveying service solutions that meet the demands of building contractors, professionals, and homeowners throughout Tennessee. We provide services from land development, property boundary and retracements, construction stakeout, sub-surface sewage disposal location maps, topography, FEC ALTA surveys, and much more.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communications Manager to join our team. As a Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance our organization's reputation and promote our brand. You will play a crucial role in managing both internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across various channels.

Duties:
The communications manager role will oversee and lead the development of communications based on the defined communication.

-create marketing communication strategies

-design and execute implementation of initiative-wide communications with a focus on change management

-build out processes and procedures for our intake team while managing client expectations in its highest level

-implement organizational change

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editing and proofreading abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-strong business judgement and interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

-3 years of management consulting, advisory, professional services or equivalent experience executing organizational change related projects

-Bachelors in Business/Business Management
