Land Surveyor jobs in Mansfield, OH

KS Associates is seeking an experienced Professional Surveyor to help lead our survey team. Consider a career with our award-winning team. You will manage various survey activities including topographic surveys, boundary surveys and Right-of-way plans for infrastructure projects. This is a leadership position that will require interaction with clients, oversight and management of survey field and office technicians. Candidate will be professionally responsible for producing quality survey deliverables. This is an office-based position.

Qualifications

• Professional Surveyor licensed in Ohio
• Minimum 8 years experience
• Previous project management and business experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a variety of survey project types including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, route surveys, GPS surveys and right-of-way plan preparation
• Ability to work in a team environment - someone who shows respect for and consideration of others
• AutoCAD and/or Microstation/Open Roads Designer competency desired
• Experienced with ODOT Surveying and R/W Plan Preparation

• Organize and direct field survey and office efforts
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance of deliverables
• Maintain appropriate client communication
• Completing high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget
• Implementation of current and future survey technologies
