Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. ERM is hiring a Land Agent in Ohio . The Land Agent will be responsible for the acquisition of land, land rights, licenses, leases, permits and other documents necessary for the construction, operation and maintenance of renewable energy sites.
This is a full-time, limited-term remote and field-based role with 100% travel to and from identified sites throughout the state as required for a duration of 12 months .
Physical demands required for the successful performance of this job include standing and / or walking for long hours in a day on uneven and steep terrain, and possibly during variable weather conditions.

Perform other duties as assigned or required.
