Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Family Support duties may include one or a combination of the following:

Compensation and Full-time Benefits:
Ø $16 - $19 per hour plus overtime available
Ø Start with three weeks paid vacation, one-week sick leave and 10 paid holidays
Ø Medical/Dental insurance (company pays 90% individual and 70% family)

Credentials/Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor’s degree preferred with experience working with children and families; or an Associate’s degree with one year of experience in human services or related flied; or a high school diploma/GED with at least two years of experience of job related or lived experience.
Ø Ability to clear all background checks: Child & Adult Abuse/Neglect Registry, State and Local Criminal Records Checks, Sex Offender Registry, Drug Screening and have a clean driving record. A criminal history does not automatically exclude you from employment with Good Life Counseling & Support, however, failure to disclose will.
