Land Support Agent Supervisor jobs in North Dakota
Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. This is a full time supervisory position. This position requires attention to detail and the desire to work with people with disabilities to accomplish their goals. Tasks include assisting people with daily living skills such as personal cares, meal prep, med administration, housekeeping, laundry and transportation. The position also includes providing oversight to a caseload of people in services and assigned staff including the completion of monthly schedules to assure people are receiving their assigned hours as identified in the Overall Service Plan. This position requires flexibility in scheduling to be available and present for assigned staff who are working evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. This position requires attention and support to people receiving services and assigned support staff during their scheduled service hours. This position includes the Full Time benefit package and is scheduled 40 hours per week. Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision insurance; life insurance; holiday pay; vacation leave; sick leave; Flex spending account OR Health Savings account. $2.00 per hour differential for all weekend hours worked Fridays 4pm through Mondays 8am.
High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of Developmental Disability experience required. Successful canditates will possess well-developed interpersonal skills; ability to get along with others; ability to organize day-to-day activities; and ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
