Land Support Agent Supervisor jobs in Lynchburg, VA

SIGN ON BONUS $250 AFTER 90 DAYS

ADDITIONAL $250 AFTER 6 MONTHS

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the guidance and supervision of the Intellectually disabled adults in the Day Support Program;
• Oversees physical care and development of acceptable habits and attitudes; Management of Individual behavior and helping to meet the goals and objectives of any service plan;
• Ensures the daily needs of the individuals are properly met;
• Follow established procedures to report changes/concerns to the appropriate persons;
• Observes individuals for behavioral changes, physical injuries/conditions and cleanliness;
• Completes data collection in accordance with Individual Service Plans;
• Able to complete quarterly plans;
• Participate in Interdisciplinary team, and in the on call rotation;
• Participates in staff meetings and in-service training as assigned;
• Performs required housekeeping duties in order to maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment;
• Completes special projects and all other duties as assigned.

This position requires full vaccination and boosting against COVID-19, the successful completion of criminal history and central registry background investigations and the successful completion of training/certification in CPR, First Aid and TOVA .Training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

• Associate (Required)

Experience:

• Supervising Experience: 2 years (Required)
• working with Intellectually Disabled: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
