Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Project Manager to join our team. As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate development projects from inception to completion. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

    Duties

    - Knowledgeable of the land development process, local zoning codes, and regulations

    - Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

    - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success

    - Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and deadlines

    - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns

    - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments

    - Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management

    - Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services needed for projects

    - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits

    - Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as government agencies, contractors, and vendors

    - Proven experience as a Real Estate Project Manager or similar role

    - Strong knowledge of real estate development processes and best practices

    - Ability to read blueprints and schematics

    - Solid understanding of contract management principles

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
