Land Support Agent provides technical support for all land transactions and activities. Prepares lease and royalty paperwork, maintains records of land use and land activity, and performs other support assignments as necessary. Being a Land Support Agent may require a bachelor's degree. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs as needed
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Promote and uphold the rights and dignity of individuals in accordance with resident rights policies
- Implement individualized care plans and document progress
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Skills:
- Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Familiarity with administering first aid and basic medical procedures
- Ability to monitor vital signs and recognize any changes or abnormalities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and patient approach to providing care
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license for transporting residents if required
