Land Support Agent jobs in Roanoke, VA

• Answer a multi-line phone as the first point of contact for all claims OR benefits related calls
• Keep records of client and provider interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients and providers at all times
• Work collectively with all staff to promote a positive work environment

• Bachelors Degree (strongly Preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in client support OR Insurance/ Medical claims handling preferred.
• Knowledge of WC and medical billing and terminology preferred
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work within a Windows operating system required
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• Possess public communication skills that project a professional representation of the Company to a variety of business, government and community clients and associates

• Hourly Rate: $15.00 (pay increase offered after probationary period)
