We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Project Manager to join our team. As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate development projects from inception to completion. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Duties
- Knowledgeable of the land development process, local zoning codes, and regulations
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management
- Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services needed for projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as government agencies, contractors, and vendors

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Project Manager or similar role
