Word Processor

If you are highly motivated, hard-working and pride yourself in being both detail oriented and a team player we want to speak with you! We are looking for a friendly and skilled Word Processor to join our title team based in Burlington. Option for remote work for highly qualified individuals after successfully completing 90 day onsite training.

Responsibilities

• Type commitments, policies, endorsements, guarantees and other related documents.
• Enter all pertinent data into Qualia, Streamline and Green Folders programs.
• Proof, print and distribute documents as directed.
• Support title officers with various tasks and duties.
• Provide customer service and receptionist support

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, Qualia, Streamline, Green Folders, Title Scan and others).
• Demonstrated ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to accept a variety of assigned work responsibility and carry out assignments within parameters of instruction given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
• Patient, organized, detail oriented, multi-tasker, strong communicator, professional demeanor.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
