THE ROLE
As a Financial Administrator at Land Life, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization. Reporting directly to Hugo, the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for our financial administration, managing day-to-day financial transactions and providing accurate financial information. While your primary focus lies in financial administration, you’ll also extend support in financial controlling as needed. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission-driven organization and grow within the field of finance.
Other than that, you will:
Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and oversee sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Lead the authorization and processing of personnel expenses, acting as the primary contact for staff queries.
Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Prepare bank payment batches and reconcile bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.
Support with HR admin tasks (e.g. payroll, onboarding/offboarding, etc.).
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc analysis for the Management Team.
