Land Administrator assists in the preparing, updating and maintaining all land documentation, land maps and lease records. Ensures all information is in compliance with all local, state and federal agencies and regulations. Being a Land Administrator requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Land Administrator typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Kuhn & Gustafson Land Surveying is a family-owned company with 40 years of combined experience in the land surveying industry. We specialize in boundary surveys, topographic surveys and construction staking. We’re looking to add key individuals to help us build the premiere land surveying firm in central Indiana.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated survey technician to support our growing business. You will participate in office and field tasks for topographic surveys, boundary surveys, construction staking and more. This position will be primarily focused on office functions, however, there will be periodic field responsibilities as well. Candidates must be able to work in a team environment. The position has the opportunity for advancement for a motivated individual.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree. College education is a bonus.
- Familiar with CAD software for preparation of topographic and boundary survey drawings and other survey documents.
- Current/Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
