Land Administrator assists in the preparing, updating and maintaining all land documentation, land maps and lease records. Ensures all information is in compliance with all local, state and federal agencies and regulations. Being a Land Administrator requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Land Administrator typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. This position supports a Surveyor while performing boundary surveys and staking. We are looking for a motivated individual who likes to be out in "the field" and is dedicated, loyal, hard-working, and gets satisfaction out of a full day's work.

Education: High School Diploma / GED Knowledge: 6 months experience as a Surveying Assistant (Preferred) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Additional: Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift 75 lbs. Honest, Professional, Organized, Pays Attention to detail, Dependability, Thoroughness, Documentation Skills, Inventory Control, Safety Conscious, Strong Work Ethic, Self-driven with little or no supervision. Must have current and valid drivers license with MVR that meets Company requirements. Must be willing and able to enroll in a drug & alcohol screening and criminal background program.
Working Conditions: Mental and physical labors are a part of this job. Working conditions is mostly outdoor and the job is subject to extreme weather conditions. Must be able to walk for long periods of time and/or operate ATV’s through a variety of terrains.
