Land Administration Manager manages the proper receiving, recording, documentation, and dissemination of all land agreements and land contracts. Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Being a Land Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Land Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Land Administration Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We are looking for an eager and curious Land Liaison Manager to support our Land Services/Acquisitions team.

    As a key member of our Land Services team, you’ll be coordinating and administering configuration management activities relative to production, identification, control, and accounting for specification and change documents directly related to assigned projects.

    • BA or BS desirable
    • Experience with Document Management solutions using Prolog, SharePoint and ProjectWise or similar systems
    • Proficient in MS Office Tools and Excel
    • Experience working on various projects in a fast paced environment
    • Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Process and distribute communications and information flow such as submittals and requests for information (RFIs).
    • Requires excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of. internal management and staff

    Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

    • Familiarity with legal deeds, legal descriptions, land acquisitions, title documents, etc experience is preferred
    • Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology
    • Perform other duties as required
