Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Being a Land Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. The Land Administration Manager will manage contracts, AR/AP, aid in RFP/bid spread and award, budgets, audit, MCM, wires, JDAs, PID/MUD reimbursements, bonds, utility agreements, obtaining all permits, and staying in compliance on all matters. The role will support the land development team with occassional help in acquisition as necessary. The role is all encompassing and requires a challenge solver who is open to new opportunities and diving in to help with anything that may arise. The role will require presenting to teams, an ability to filter items of importance and focus accordingly and a strong team mentality in which the individual builds and leverages partnerships throughout the organization to get things done.
