Essential Job Functions:
Understand client needs through regular communication with Account Managers.
Ensure that job site quality and appearance meet both client and company standards.
Manage all landscape services, including coordination of materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
Inspect properties before scheduled services, preparing action plans as necessary.
Monitor and identify issues with irrigation systems, landscape health, insects, or diseases.
Assist crews as needed to meet work demands.
Enforce company policies related to safety, equipment upkeep, storage, and training.
Collaborate with Account Managers to identify staffing needs, hire crew members, and schedule daily work.
Oversee employee training, development, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
Provide hands-on training and support to crew members.
Focus on safety standards and maintain safety records.
Manage required paperwork and Aspire entries.
Order materials, monitor costs, and deliveries.
Manage and mentor direct reports within your division.
Requirements:
High School Diploma and a minimum of five years of progressive maintenance landscaping industry experience, including at least two years in a leadership role.
Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Bi-lingual communication skills are a plus.
