SUMMARY: The Manager of Administration manages the Administration Team overseeing all aspects of the department including customer service, mail department, web order processing, magazine circulation, reception, and order processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uphold the Quality Service Standards of Safety, Hospitality, Presentation and Efficiency
• Collaborate daily with team to develop a SERVE culture
• Support and promote Answers in Genesis, Creation Museum, and the Ark Encounter
• Assists VP with long term staffing development
• Oversees the day-to-day operations
• Develops policies and procedures relating to customer interaction within ministry guidelines
• Coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure staff has the most up-to-date information
• Trains all new staff
• Works with the warehouse to maintain timely order processing
• Works with the supply chain manager in ordering inventory
• Reviews product sales sheets for accuracy and pricing
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Faith-based: must agree with and be able to sign our Statement of Faith
• Committed: maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Faithful: regularly attends a local Bible-believing church
• Strong problem solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 2-4 years management and/or sales experience preferred
• In-depth understanding of data-base functionality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
