Laboratory Supervisor jobs in Ann Arbor, MI

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Two (2) years of college level education.
• Four (4) years of progressive responsibility in a clinical laboratory setting in a laboratory support role to ensure familiarity with terminology, and workflow in an accredited laboratory.
• For positions supervising phlebotomy, minimum of one year experience collecting and teaching blood sample collection by venipuncture and skin, puncture for patients at all age levels.
• Requires demonstrated customer service skills and ability to meet leadership standards of excellence on a sustained basis.
• Requires demonstrated ability to use computers for Microsoft Office applications and information systems needed for areas of responsibility.
• Familiarity with patient registration requirements preferred.
