Additionally, Laboratory Services Director orders and inspects materials and equipment and maintains detailed and accurate inventory of lab supplies. Requires a master's degree. EDUCATION
BS in Biology, Life Science or equivalent with laboratory experience. Masters degree preferred.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills to work closely with staff and provide assistance to YNHHS Executive Director, Laboratory Services, Pathologists, and Medical Staff as needed. Must demonstrate assertive and creative problem solving ability by identifying problem areas affecting customer/patient issues and departmental quality and efficiency.
PHYSICAL DEMAND
Lifting of medium weight objects. Intense concentration with computers and procedures. Good phone skills necessary.
