Being a Laboratory Services Director plans and designs experiments. Estimates the time and resources needed to complete projects. Additionally, Laboratory Services Director orders and inspects materials and equipment and maintains detailed and accurate inventory of lab supplies. Requires a master's degree. Our client, a midsized hospital located in Iowa, about 1 ½ hours from Des Moines, has a need for an experienced Lab Director to join their team. Candidates MUST have HOSPITAL Lab management experience to be considered. The Director will oversee 39 FTEs.

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience: 5 years Supervisory/Mgmt. Preferred Experience: 8 years Supervisory/Mgmt. in a hospital or reference laboratory setting
