At Cal Lab, we want to grow our technicians into more technically advanced Metrologists. Technicians have the ability and are encouraged to advance up the technician ranks. We currently have 4 levels of technician advancement which include Associate Calibration Technician, Calibration Technician I, Calibration Technician II, Calibration Technician III.
An ideal candidate has the passion and ability to learn something new everyday and apply this knowledge to calibrate instruments in our house lab or on-site at clients' facilities. This is not a job where every day is the same, there is always something new to learn/do/try.

Each candidate's training progression is monitored by supervisors and Lab Managers for goals, accomplishments and timely progress.
