Your New Role Awaits

This isn't just any position. As the CMT Laboratory Manager and Concrete Mix Design Specialist at our Charleston, WV office, you'll be steering the course of our construction materials testing (CMT) services. Your role is critical in upholding the quality and integrity of our projects, blending leadership with technical prowess to push the boundaries of what's possible in concrete mix design.

What You'll Do

• Champion Laboratory Excellence: Direct the day-to-day operations of our CMT lab, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
• Master of Mixes: Employ your expertise in concrete mix design to set new benchmarks for project excellence.
• Guardian of Quality: Uphold rigorous quality control and assurance protocols, guaranteeing the reliability of our testing processes.

Who We're Looking For

• A seasoned professional with a deep-rooted passion for CMT laboratory management and concrete mix design.
• Certification in ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician-Grade I and Laboratory Testing Technician Level I, or similar credentials.
• Experience with AASHTO and CCRL accreditations is highly valued, showcasing an understanding of key standards and quality benchmarks in our industry.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
