SUMMARY
The Strategic Account Executive serves as the primary contact to assigned clients and/or TPAs with goal of delivering the complete EHIM experience. The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for executing detailed, comprehensive, and accurate group/TPA implementations as well as group/TPA strategy meetings with the intent and goal of retention. In addition, this individual is expected to process reports, interpret data/analytics in a comprehensive manner, and clearly present detailed reporting to clients/TPA with an action plan and recommendations that are aligned with EHIM’s corporate philosophies. The Strategic Account Executive must be able to tackle challenging questions which require in-depth review, analysis, evaluation, and detailed preparation.
