Patient's Choice Lab is seeking a Laboratory Information Coordinator/Data Entry Assistant to help our rapidly growing company better support our operations in the Arizona Market. We are looking someone who is very tech-savvy, reliable, and a quick learner. We will happily train the right fit.
Duties:
- Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions
- Review and verify the accuracy of invoices and billing data
- Assist with following up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts receivable
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Communicate with customers regarding payment inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate bill-Help maintain Lab Information System
-Assist with remote customer service at Patient Service Centers
-Strong typing skills (over 55 wpm) and ability to toggle between multiple software programs at once to gather information and aid in laboratory support services
Experience:
- A college degree in science field or minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology a plus
-Ability to learn difficult information quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Minimum Requirements
-Ability to sit and work at computer for at least 8 hrs a day
-Ability to lift 30 lbs
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to type over 55 wpm
