NMCA is a growing organization that is responsible for detection and deterrence of theft and diversion of accountable nuclear material.

As an Administrative Assistant you will interact on a wide variety of generalized office-related activities and will be responsible for disseminating information to division-level support staff about policies and procedures.
You will assist in the development of operational process improvements to increase efficiency and rigor in NMCA. In addition, you will provide administrative support to the NMCA Leadership Team.
You will report directly to the Professional Staff Assistant and Group Leader.
This position will be filled at either the AA 3 or 4 level, depending on the skills of the selected candidate. Additional job responsibilities (outlined below) will be assigned if the candidate is hired at the higher level.
Administrative Assistant 3 : $47,400 - $73,200Administrative Assistant 4 : $57,800 - $89,500 What You Will Need Minimum Job Requirements : Leadership : Demonstrated mentoring and teaming skills.
