Shift Monday - Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm

• Accessions samples upon receipt, prepares paperwork and performs data entry into LIMS.
• Processes data and transcribes data in LIMS and sends or prints reports in various formats.
• Serves as Archivist for both GLP and non-GLP studies.
• Manages audit responses from lab and coordinates with PI and Lab Director on timely audit responses to QA.
• Manages long-term sample storage inventory and return of samples to clients. Oversees specialty sample storage inventory and sample return.
• Assists ClinAxys Administrator with setting up studies, users and general process improvements for LIMS.
• Oversees the timely shipment of samples to third party labs. Ensures that accessioning of all studies is taken place in a timely manner.

Coordinates with Data Entry, PI, Lab Director and / or clients on problem resolution.

• Oversees kit production and re-supply of kits to support various animal health clinical trials
• Manages permit applications for import of samples from various international locations.
• Provides billing assistance to Laboratory Director. Works with clients and Finance department to obtain necessary purchase orders and documentation for proper billing.
• Review and follow required SOPs to direct the conduct of procedures and processes to assure completion of studies under the applicable regulations.
• Completes documentation required for GLP compliance.
• Other duties as assigned by management to maintain GLP compliance and operation of the GLP laboratory at Antech Diagnostics.
