This position is for a Customer Relations Specialist who is an integral part of our Retail Operations team. The department consists of 5 people with yourself being the sixth. A typical day in the world of customer service means providing top notch hospitality and knowledgeable customer service to our existing and prospective customers, directing repair orders appropriately, actively pursuing collection accounts, accepting payments and preparing information for regulatory reports. In addition to the already noted tasks, our winning candidate will learn the many ins and outs of the telecommunication industry; being a part of an well oiled working operation that takes many individuals competent in their individual roles and task areas. Our employees are important to us so we start them out at above minimum wage - within a range of $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.
