    • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (subject to change).
    • Job Location: Riverside, CA.
    • Salary Range: $92,623.20/ year to $102,918.40/year.
    Job Summary:
    • Under the direction of the Director & Assistant Director of Internal Operations, the Regional Manager I oversees the operations of their assigned field department.
    • Regional Manager I, supervise regional staff and drives and implements initiatives and goals in alignment with the union’s mission and values by managing member servicing, union campaigns, internal and external organizing, leadership development, and political, legislative, and labor relation agendas.
    • Regional Manager I will perform and manage advanced strategic labor relations work; serve as a union leader for assigned bargaining units; develop and recommends the union's negotiating position, negotiates agreements, and administers agreements and grievance procedures; provides technical assistance to supervisors and managers; ensure compliance with labor relations contractual agreements, policies, and applicable Federal State and local laws, ordinances, and codes; and represents union management in hearings and deciding grievances.
