LAN/WAN Integrator is responsible for the overall plan, design, installation, maintenance, management, and coordination of LAN/WAN integration into the network. Analyzes LAN/WAN and recommends upgrades/changes and security procedures and policies; assesses organization's current and future LAN/WAN needs. Being a LAN/WAN Integrator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The LAN/WAN Integrator typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a LAN/WAN Integrator typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Position Overview: As the Chief of Staff at Employee Benefits International, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Principal and executive leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about employee benefits, organizational excellence, and making a positive impact on the workforce.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to execute strategic plans that align with the company's mission and objectives.
    2. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    3. Project Management: Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timely and successful execution while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
    4. Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between the CEO and various internal departments, facilitating communication, information flow, accountability, and coordination of activities.
      1. Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the administrative and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
      2. Financial Oversight: Work closely with the finance team to monitor budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
      3. Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
      4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.

      Qualifications:

      1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
      2. Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role, preferably in the employee benefits or HR industry.
      3. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives.
      4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      5. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
      6. Leadership experience with a focus on team development and collaboration.
      7. Knowledge of employee benefits, insurance, and HR practices is highly desirable.
      8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
