CUSTOMER SERVICE INTEGRATOR

HQ Aero is currently recruiting for experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE INTEGRATOR IN EVERETT, WA
RESPONSIBILITIES
HANGAR FLOOR:
- Gather any items needed from other locations and pick-up areas.
- Locate ladders, carts, tools, and any items needed at the request of the mechanic.
- Print specs as needed.
- Move off units to temporary staging areas.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Logistics (SCL) for deliveries (e.g., seats)
- General housekeeping of the hangar floor to include disposal of scrap metal, emptying hangar floor trash and trashcans, sweep entryways, help with emergency spill and containment, and cleaning out hangar refrigerators on a weekly basis.
- Perform Foreign Object Debris walk and sweep in hangar bays.
- Bi-monthly inspection of all chemical cabinets and disposal of expired items.
- Pick up and recycle or dispose of all scrap wood, cardboard and other refuse.
- Clean out alodine tank weekly.
- Notify lead of any blood borne pathogen or pest control issues.
- Inspect worktables for serviceable condition and route unserviceable tables out for repair.
- Clean sanding rooms and remove accumulated sanding debris from floors while following all appropriate safety procedures.
- Return all chemicals, cleco’s, rags, bottle jacks, and shoring to its proper locations.
- Roll up and stow extension cords, air hoses, and lights when not in use.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Effective and appropriate conduct with co-workers.
MAINTENANCE ASSISTANCE:
- Washing aircraft panels
- Cater and de-cater aircraft (provisioning)
- Removing and cleaning floorboards
- Assist with accessing certain areas on the aircraft
- Hanging work lights in the aircraft
- Moving LAVs and GALLEYs to and from Back-Shop areas
- Remove, load, and transport aircraft seats
- Perform other duties as assigned
SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY:
Duties shall include observing all company, health, safety and environmental rules, ensuring that employees are provided with full information on area specific safety orientation, identify all unique hazards, and provide employees with the proper equipment to carry out their jobs in a safe manner. Also, the entire work area must be routinely inspected so as to maintain a high standard of housekeeping and low incidence of physical hazards and all accidents must be promptly reported.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Able to see adequately and identify Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and remove it.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and read and comprehend written documents.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Valid WA state driver’s license required.
- Experience in Aviation or MRO is preferred but not required.

PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. The employee will also be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
ENVIRONMENT:
The noise level in this environment is usually moderate to high. May work near moving mechanical parts in high, precarious places and may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. May work outside in various types of weather.
