Analyzes LAN/WAN and recommends upgrades/changes and security procedures and policies; assesses organization's current and future LAN/WAN needs. Being a LAN/WAN Integrator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The LAN/WAN Integrator typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a LAN/WAN Integrator typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     This position creates, maintains, and enhances sales relationship with integrators and specific strategic accounts that may operate in various market segments as well as across product platforms. Focus on end users that require automated production lines as well as channel integrators that support design and installation of end user automated processes.

    Essential Functions

    • Represent the Carlisle Fluid Technologies (CFT) family of brands with strategic end users and influencers within the applicable markets.
    • Develop and maintain strong cross functional relationships within the target accounts.
    • Consistently grow and maintain the opportunity portfolio.
    • Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.
    • Establish key end user selling relationships with the appropriate management level decision makers.
    • Segmenting and prioritizing the targeted integrator channels and end users.
    • Develop demand from targeted end users via product validation and inclusion in end user bid specifications.
    • Develop integration channel strategies that provide product penetration into their standard system solutions.
    • Develop and maintain project list showing estimated product use, revenue, and order date.
    • Use project list to monitor 2–5-year market segment growth potential.
    • Coordinate with key influencers within the channel, such as adjacent equipment manufactures and coatings suppliers.
    • Interface with Product Management and Engineering on market trends, process evolution, competitive differentiators, and product line gaps.
    • Develop a standard process audit and ROI calculator which can be leveraged across all market end users.
    What you'll need:
    • Bachelor degree with technical or business major
    • Sales experience to include selling through direct or indirect channels
    • Ten (10) years process experience in automated solutions
    • Ability to travel 60% minimum.
    How to stand out:
    • Mechanical experience with liquid finishing and/or sealer adhesive equipment used in industries as varied as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, plastics, wood, metal, ceramics, and leather products’ production, painter/decorator/contractor markets.
    • Product Management experience.
    • Computer (PC) skills with ability to utilize computer as business tool, including spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail applications, and internet research.
    • Above average communication skills – both verbal and written – to include “platform/presentation” skills to groups larger than 25 people in selling, training and other environments where in persuasion is predominant.
