TITLE: Office Administrator

LOCATION: Valint Construction Services – Fargo, North Dakota

JOB SUMMARY:

Our Office Administrator will coordinate all administrative activities, including calls, contract review, construction draws, marketing, etc. Our ideal candidate can manage efficiently with minimal oversight and has solid customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all necessary material and stationery is stocked.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
• Coordinate HR duties with executive team.
• Assist with marketing, both website and social media.
• Input information into construction contracts for final review and distribution.
• Manage collection of W9‘s, insurance, and lien waivers from subcontractors.
• Review construction draws for accuracy and review with construction accountant.
• Manage and coordinate travel schedules and lodging requirements.
• Assist in preparing monthly construction reports and meeting minutes for owners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven work experience.
• Highly motivated with strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collectively as part of a team.
• Ability to shift and manage multiple priorities.
• Hands on experience with office machines.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience using QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience with construction is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
